1) I am a legal adult, being at least 18 years of age (as defined in my Municipality), and in accordance to Federal, and/or State, and/or Local Laws. I am responsible enough to discuss the health, legal and other issues surrounding medical marijuana. (THCF Cannabis Research Forum assumes no parenting or legal responsibilities with individuals who claim to be that of an untrue age and use misleading/illegal tactics in doing so at any time).

2) I am not accessing this material to use against the Owners, site operator or any person whomever in any conceivable manner.

3) I subscribe to the principles of the First Amendment, which holds that free American adults have the right to decide for themselves what they will read and view without United States of America Federal, and/or State, and/or Local Governmental interference, as long as you follow THCF Cannabis Research Forum Terms and Conditions, in accordance to United States of America, Federal, and/or State, and/or Local Governmental Laws

4) I will never use this website as a place to offer to buy or sell Cannabis in any form, including seeds.

5) I will let no one else have access to the material linked beyond this THCF Cannabis Research Forum Disclaimer with my username and password. I will not aid anyone who attempts to purchase member information and I will NOT purchase member information to distribute to anyone.

6) As a responsible adult, I possess the intelligence to communicate a point without resorting to the use of foul language. (This rule is flexible as long as you don't violate rule 7).

7) I will not antagonize, attack, or slander any other THCF Cannabis Research Forum user (meaning registered member, staff member or guest) on this site.

8) I will not post any text or file that I know will be considered offensive by other users, and if I post such a file, and it is reported as abuse, the site administrator will remove the file.

9) I understand that any article or comment submitted to the forum that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions will not be posted and will be immediately deleted. Any THCF Cannabis Research Forum Member who abuses the forum membership privileges will have their access terminated, no questions asked.
